What We Provide

When priorities shift, teams depend on one another, and decisions stall, even well-planned initiatives can lose momentum. We provide hands-on program leadership, IT project management, and Scrum Master support to help teams stay aligned, address obstacles, and deliver meaningful results.

You may be dealing with:

  • Multiple projects moving at once, with unclear priorities or dependencies

  • Technology initiatives that lack a clear owner, plan, or decision process

  • Milestones slipping because risks and issues surface too late

  • Business, IT, and vendor teams working from different expectations

  • Frequent scope changes without a clear view of their impact

  • Agile teams struggling with competing requests, blockers, or inconsistent delivery

  • Leaders asking for progress updates, but receiving activity reports instead of a clear picture of what is on track

  • A launch approaching without enough clarity on readiness, handoff, or ongoing ownership

The goal is to turn AI and digital opportunities into practical improvements—prioritizing the right initiatives, delivering them effectively, and helping your teams adopt new ways of working.

Program Management & IT Project Management Methodology

An infographic illustrating the five phases of program management and IT project management methodology: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closing, with icons and brief descriptions for each phase.

Our Project Management Approach

Our approach follows PMI’s five Project Management Process Groups. We use practical approval points, or tollgates, to confirm that the team has what it needs before moving forward. We tailor the activities to the size and needs of each initiative.

1. Initiating

  • Define the project’s purpose, expected business value, and key stakeholders.

  • Confirm initial feasibility, document the project charter, and secure approval to proceed.

2. Planning

  • Define the scope, deliverables, schedule, budget, and team responsibilities.

  • Set plans for risks, communication, and how decisions will be made.

3. Executing

  • Coordinate the people and vendors doing the work.

  • Manage delivery of the agreed technology and business outcomes.

4. Monitoring & Controlling

  • Track progress against the plan and make risks, issues, and changes visible.

  • Assess the impact of changes and help the team take corrective action. This work continues alongside execution.

5. Closing

  • Confirm acceptance of the deliverables and transfer ownership to the teams that will support them.

  • Complete remaining obligations and document lessons learned.

How We Help

We provide program and IT project leadership, Scrum Master support, and Product Owner guidance to help teams deliver work that matters.

Infographic titled 'How We Help' detailing four areas of project support: Program Management with an icon of an organizational chart, IT Project Management with a flag on a project plan, Scrum Master with a group of three people connected by arrows, and Scrum Product Owner with a list and upward arrow. Each area has a brief description.

Program Management

Bring structure and visibility to initiatives that span multiple projects, teams, or vendors. We help define priorities, coordinate dependencies, establish governance, and give leaders a clear view of progress, risks, and decisions.

IT Project Management

Guide technology projects from planning through launch. We work with business and technical teams to manage scope, schedules, resources, risks, testing, and implementation activities while keeping delivery tied to business needs.

Scrum Master Support

Help Agile teams work with focus and consistency. We facilitate key ceremonies, help remove impediments, support backlog readiness with product owners, and encourage practical improvements to how the team plans and delivers work.

Scrum Product Owner Support

We help define and prioritize the product backlog, clarify requirements, and connect team decisions to business goals. We work with stakeholders and the Scrum team to keep the most valuable work ready for delivery.

Deliverables & Outcomes

The right mix of plans, working practices, and delivery support depends on your initiative, team, and goals.
